"I love the curriculum! The newspapers were such an awesome tool. We broke up in study groups and each took a newspaper to read. We had discussion questions, written responses and research projects that branched off of the topics. The topics are high interest and the color is awesome. My class really enjoyed using them again this year."

(Elementary teacher)

"I used the Audubon Adventures material this year. It worked out perfectly with the 'Environments' unit we're studying, and we are delving deep into non-fiction, so the curriculum you sent was perfect. The kids really enjoy reading it. We have done many individual projects, partner work, and group work with the curriculum. I would love to use it next year too!"

(Elementary teacher)

"The articles are short, graphically easy-to-see, and varied so that it is not an overwhelming amount of text."

(Grade 1 and 2 teacher)

"I used the newspapers as a supplement to my 'Animals' unit. It fit in very nicely. The kids enjoyed the activities and it was a great learning experience for all of us."

(Grade 5 teacher)

"I used them as a non-fiction comprehension reading tool. Students started with the newspapers, chose animals from them and did further research about the animals, and created presentations."

(Grade 4 teacher)

"I use Audubon Adventure Kits to teach our 4-H youth and have found them to be a great resource for our nature-based classes. I am very interested in the Audubon After School Program Materials designed for middle school youth environmental education."
